Traditional Ribbon-Skirt Making Class

In preparation for the 1st Annual Black Hills Indigenous Writers Festival, scheduled for June 24 - 9am-6pm, we are encouraging all women to wear skirts to honor Mother Earth and all the men and women who went into battle during the "Battle of Greasy Grass".
The "White Horse Woman Sewing Circle" will be teaching the class. There is a $20 registration fee, includes all the materials. Already made skirts can be purchased for $25 the day of the event and at Bird Cage Book Store and Mercantile leading up to the day of the event.
